Any payments already made will be refunded back onto your nominated card. Any future instalments will be cancelled or adjusted (in the case of a partial refund).
The amount and type of return you can make on a product will always be determined by the returns policy of the merchant you bought the item from. You should be able to find out your options by checking their returns policy on their website or contacting them directly.
If you return your full order your future repayments will be cancelled, and any money owed returned to the card you paid with.
If you return only part of your order the value of these items will come off your remaining payments equally.
If the value of your returned items is more than your remaining payments then the balance owed will be refunded to the card you paid with.
The delivery, quality, and return of any goods and services you purchase is always the responsibility of the merchants and the service providers you buy from.
As soon as the merchant approves your returned items we will adjust your repayments immediately.
Refunds can take up to 7 business days depending on your bank. If you have any questions you should follow up with them as soon as you can.
