Once you’ve returned your items to the merchant they will have to process and approve your return.
While this is happening your payments will continue to be debited on the scheduled dates, we're happy to provide a temporary hold for these payments if requested. Request a temporary hold here.
As soon as the merchant has approved your return, we’ll automatically adjust your plan and refund any money owed to you.
