If you’re not happy with your order for any reason please contact the merchant you have purchased from. Openpay can’t arrange a collection, return, or refund for you.
Similarly, Openpay can’t arrange a refund/rebate for you upon your request/instruction. The merchant has to tell us to process a refund for you once they have received the goods back, or apply a discount once you have agreed that with them.
Each merchant will have their own returns policy that has to be followed. They may or may not allow you to return purchases bought online in their stores.

You don’t need to tell us when you’ve returned your items. The merchant will let us know and we’ll then make all the necessary changes to your repayment plan.
