You have to enter your own mobile number when you sign-up for your account. That’s so we can send handy payment reminders and contact you if anything goes wrong with your account or payments.
If you’re having trouble registering your phone number with us you may have signed up with Openpay before, but have forgotten the email address or password you previously used.
You won’t be able to create a new account, but we can help you get access to your old one. Please contact our Customer Support Team with the following information so that we can resolve this as quickly as possible:
- Your Phone number
- Your Date of Birth
- Any other email address you may have used to sign up.
