If you have an upcoming payment and your card has been lost, stolen or is no longer valid you can use an alternative card stored on your account.
If you do not have an alternative card to use then please get in touch with our Customer Support Team and they will be happy to help you out.You can contact them here.
You can change the card used for your repayments or add a new card to your account on the Openpay App, or by logging into your account via a web browser here.
Please be aware that we can only accept cards that are in your name. We are unable to accept cards belonging to anyone other than the account holder.
