When it comes to the actual processing, management and delivery of your orders, you’ll need to contact the merchant that you purchased from. As the payment provider, Openpay hasn’t any control of these.
If you’re waiting for delivery of goods and it is taking longer than you expected or you have received your order with items missing/ damaged, then you need to get in touch with the merchant directly.
Openpay isn’t able to amend, adjust or change an order once it is approved. This must be handled directly with the merchant. Have a look on the merchant’s website how to contact them.
Please be aware that your Openpay payments will continue to be debited despite the order not being delivered, as we have no control over the delivery of goods.
