Openpay partners with lots of merchants across the fashion, beauty, home, electronics and luxury sectors to offer Buy Now, Pay Later payment options.
When you checkout with Openpay on one of our partner’s websites, you’ll receive detailed instructions from us via email about your Openpay plan and how to make repayments. Openpay lets you pay for your plans using either your debit or credit card.
When you make a plan repayment with your debit or credit card, this will appear on your bank statement as‘Openpay UK’.
Before reporting a purchase as fraud, consider if you may have selected Openpay at the checkout on a merchant’s website, you can log in to your account to check the date of the transaction as well as the value and retailer.

You should also double check to see if you’ve received any emails from Openpay on or around the date of the purchase.
The email you’ll have received from Openpay will clearly state which merchant the purchase was made with and the purchase amount.
If you still don’t recognise this Openpay purchase and you believe you may be a victim of fraud, please submit an online form. You’ll need to provide the date, time and value of all transactions along with the last 4 digits of the card associated with your debited account.
