A late payment fee will be added to your next plan payment if you have not paid an instalment on scheduled repayment date.
You can catch up with your payments by logging in to your account online, via the Openpay App (available on iOS and Android) or by following the link in the notification email sent from us.
We want to get you back on track as soon as possible and not into further financial stress. So, if your payment becomes considerably overdue, we’ll stop you from creating any more plans until you’ve paid up your outstanding Openpay plans.
It’s also why our late fees are capped at £15 per plan.
