Items you would like to return should be sent to the merchant (in-line with their returns policy).Once your refund is processed by the merchant, your payment schedule will be automatically updated to reflect this. We’ll deduct the value of any returned items from your remaining payments.
If there are any over-payments, these will be refunded back to the card you have used to pay your instalments with.
