The first thing you should do is contact us here. If you are unable to manage payments for any reason, make sure you reach out and together we’ll discuss a plan to support your situation.
If your payments do fall behind, we’ll stop you from making any further purchases with Openpay. We do this to encourage responsible spending and prevent our customers from over-stretching themselves financially.
To protect you, our late fees are capped too. For each plan, the maximum we’ll charge in late fees is £15.
