Your Openpay account is created when you first register on our payment platform. Once you are registered with us you can access your account via the Openpay App or website at any time.
When logging into your account, make sure you are using the same email address or mobile number that you used when first registered with Openpay.
To reset your password, use the 'Forgot password?' link on the log-in screen. That will prompt you to enter your email address and you’ll be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
If that doesn’t work, it might be that you made a typo when you typed in your email address during your sign-up. In that case, please get in touch using our online form and our team as they will be more than happy to help.
