Once your Openpay plan has been approved we will send you an email to confirm the plan details. You should also receive an order confirmation from the retailer that you have made the purchase with.
As a payment method Openpay is not involved with the delivery of the purchased items/service. If you have not received order confirmation within 2-3 hours of placing your order you may want to contact the retailer directly.
